Es preciso y urgente promover cambios que contribuyan a una transformación radical de nuestro concepto de salubridad humana y del planeta, que debería contemplarse desde una examen general, implicando concepción, estorbo, parto, crianza, progreso pueril, comestibles, salubridad individual, social y ecológica, y actuando desde diversos ángulos: decisiones individuales, cooperación y ayuda mutua, cambios legislativos, sociales y económicos.
