Hallarse after encontrarse of the advent story presents the contrast between the blessing of God found in Christ and the curse of the idolatrous addictions we construct. Other advent verses , are a reflection of how the response given towards the birth of Christ is related to how we respond to the call of addictions. Two of those examples that are specifially mentioned in Sobriety for Christmas are Joseph’,s response and Herod’,s response to the birth of Christ. As God has given the gift of His Son, in Him is the apex of sobriety. Without Him there is no sobriety, no sanity, no peace. This He proved during His life on earth and continues to prove as He lives His life through those who have room in the inn._,
